BorgWarner PowerDrive Systems is currently looking for "dynamic, results driven" individual to join as a Financial Analyst at our SLP Plant in Mexico.
In this role, and under direct supervision of the Financial Supervisor, the Financial Analyst will be primarily responsible for the developing complex financial analyses. Periodically provides special reports and studies to Management. Responsible for the plant's annual budget process, expenses and statistical reports, including variance explanations and cost analysis.
Key Responsibilities
- Performs financial analyzes and supports other departments in the preparation of statistical studies.
- Preparation and review of the annual budget and monthly forecast with the different departments.
- Uploading the monthly result to Onestream/HFM.
- Preparation and uploading of the monthly forecast into OneStream/HFM.
- Perform inventory reconciliation.
- Prepares provision of guarantees.
- Support in the explanations of the monthly package for the results meeting with Management.
- Create financial quotation models (RSM) for the SLP plant.
- Performs the monthly closing process for assigned areas that includes account reconciliation.
- Ensures the integrity of accounting records by periodically reviewing accounting accounts for expenses and provisions.
- Prepares provisions for expenses and services pending receipt in the warehouse.
- Assists in the execution of the Annual Physical Inventory in conjunction with the Materials and Logistics team.

- Education: Public Accountant or Bachelor's Degree in Administration.
- Time of experience in a similar position: 2 years or more in a similar position.
