.Job Description:Financial Analyst**Responsibilities**:- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly financial performance and management reports as required by management to maintain their understanding of the business.- Drive improvements in segment reporting, including automation and standardization of managements reports.- Assist with change management activities, process improvement and system efficiencies in order to improve service quality.- Work with internal and external auditors.- Perform ad-hoc reporting and other related duties as assigned.- Budget & Quarterly Forecast Preparation - assist with in -depth analysis and detailed worksheets, understand underlying business drivers.- Analyze significant variances from planned and forecasted results in order to provide interpretive comments and recommendations to management.- Design innovative analytical and management reporting tools for decision making.- Provide prompt financial results to local management related to overall financial performance, plant KPI's, and department spending.**Requirements**:- Bachelor's Degree Accounting or Finance.- 3 years of progressively responsible finance/accounting experience.- 1 year of Cost Accounting experience in a standard cost environment.- Language Requirement: Proficiency in writing and speaking English is a must.Optional:- Experience un large multi-national Manufacturing Corporation.- Knowledgeable about ERP data flows and intercompany accounting.- System Skills: Intermediate to advance Excel user.- Experience with Oracle, SAP or other major ERP system.- Experience with Hyperion, Prophix, Cognos or other Business information tool.If you are interested in an open position but feel you may not meet all the listed qualifications, we still encourage you to apply.Terex Overview:At Terex, we fully embrace the increasingly diverse world around us and strive to create an empowering and welcoming workplace culture.
