We are looking for a professional who will be responsible to oversee day-to-day financial operations and provide reliable information for strategic decision making.
**Role Highlights**:
**As our Financial Controller, you'll**:
- Own monthly financial reporting and budgeting.
- Manage expenses, optimize costs, and improve efficiency.
- Oversee regulatory compliance and audits.
- Closely work with high-level management and external corporate advisors.
- Ensure accurate financial information and reporting.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
- 5+ years of accounting and finance experience.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Understanding of financial regulations and standards (GAAP and IFRS).
- Knowledge about United States of America and Mexico tax regulations.
- **Proficient in English (100% fluent).**
**Preferred**:
- Experience in tech or software industry.
- Master's Degree: An MBA or a Master's in Finance or Accounting.
- Familiarity with accounting softwares and databases (QuickBooks, Bind, SharePoint).
