The Food and Beverage Supervisor must be a leader with a desire to grow and a positive and professional attitude. Responsibilities include organizing and conducting pre-shift and departmental meetings, communicating pertinent information to staff, monitoring product quality and customer satisfaction in the restaurant, driving team engagement, ensuring amazing service for our guests, scheduling, and training. This person can coordinate special events at the hotel and must have strong communication and analytical skills.
QualificationsMinimum 1-year work experience in customer service.Excellent presentation and service attitude, proactive.Refined verbal and written communication skills.Ability to work efficiently and professionally during rush operations.Conversational, writing, and reading English skills.
