The FP&A Senior Analyst is responsible for the preparation and analysis of accurate financial data (plans, forecasts, latest estimates, monthly reports etc.) and initial variance analysis & support as well as the resolution of ad-hoc requests and analysis on all financial aspects of the business. This position involves close collaboration with many internal stakeholders.
**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES & SCOPE**
- Prepare budgets and forecasts in collaboration with various departments.
- Be actively involved in the planning process.
- Develop analysis and management reports to support decision-making processes (i.e. KPI report, operations report, quarterly finance report)
- Investigate automation opportunities and adapt reporting to flexible requirements.
- Identify and provide insights into movement between actuals, forecasts, latest estimates, and last year, along with supporting variance analyses.
- Support ad-hoc, time-sensitive analysis requirements.
- Present periodic performance result
- Maintain compliance with processes and procedures, recommend corrective action when identified and maintain suitable records to demonstrate compliance.
- Coordinate and distribute work to FP&A junior analysts in other locations.

**EDUCATION, LANGUAGE, SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS**
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, MBA preferred
**ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE & KNOWLEDGE / TECHNICAL OR FUNCTIONAL COMPETENCIES**
- 5+ years of experience in Controlling and/or FP&A and/or Reporting with obligatory accounting understanding
- Data analytics and reporting skills.
- Detail-oriented thinking.
- Eagerness to learn about the industry and the company.
- Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing, with proven experience creating management reports in excel and powerpoint.
- Proven abilities in teamwork, collaboration and consistency.
- Knowledge of Business Intelligence tools
- Good operational knowledge of MS Office software with advanced Excel skillset (Tables, Pivot Tables, lookups variants)
- Experience with BI tools, SAP and Business Warehouse preferred.
- Proficiency in English and Spanish, both written and oral.
Pay: $78,747.00 per month
