About the role The key role of the IO Enablement team is to support the Kerry business growth agenda by ensuring the data integrity of the company's Integrated Operations EPM system, while ensuring that the right information is with the right stakeholders at the right time, setting the benchmark for ensuring the business is serviced with world-class performance measurement reports. Reporting to the IO Enablement Lead this role will provide an excellent opportunity for the successful candidate to be a key contributor to the implementation of the finance operating model streamlining and optimising global business performance reporting. The IO Enablement Analyst will deliver routine & non-routine financial reporting and analysis, supporting key stakeholders across the organisation. This role will ensure the maintenance and governance of all transactional & master data, providing SME support by performing integrity checks to ensure that any material variance stemming from the system is flagged for investigation by ICT. Key responsibilities Deliver routine performance reporting including preparation of routine reports and presentations to support key business stakeholders, preparing ad-hoc reports and analysis as required.Coordination of key processes preparing and issuing templates and instructions, collating inputs when received, checking for accuracy and loading to relevant systems as required.Ensure reconciliation of data across all systems on a weekly and monthly basis, including data checks, and escalating issues in a transparent and collaborative manner as issues arise.Support global enablement workstreams to streamline data governance and align on ways of workingto drive data integrity in all dimensions within EPM.Integration of acquisitions into EPM and FP&A reporting if and as when required.Investigate root cause and resolve ad hoc user & data governance queries.Become an Enablement SME/SAP superuser and deliver training sessions as required on AFO/GTM/BPM. Qualifications and skills Bachelor's degree in administration, business or other numerical disciplines.3-5 years' experience in a Financial Analysis, R2R, or as a Finance ICT Business Analyst.Knowledge of SAP, SAP BW, CRM,EPMand / or Power BI.Experience in data analytics tools (Power Query, Business Objects, SQL or VBA)
