We bring our strategic and operating experience, capital, and network of partners to produce extraordinary returns for both investors and our portfolio.**RESPONSIBILITIES**:- IGNIA accounts payable and monthly cash flow analysis.- Monthly accounting closings of IGNIA companies. (Follow up with Controller + External accountant)- Support IGNIA Controller in administrative activities: audits, payment letters, corporate governance reviews.- Office administrator: Manage IGNIA's team meetings and apps: zoom, slack and dropbox.- HR Activities: control the team annual benefits calendar.- ESG Activities: Be part of the ESG team and follow up important KPIs.**QUALIFICATIONS**:- At least 1 year of work experience in accounting, administration, management consulting, private equity or venture capital.- Strong organizational, quantitative and analytical skills, detail-oriented and ability to multi- task.- Exceptional knowledge of, and experience with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.- High degree of professionalism with written and verbal communication skills.- Fluency in Spanish and English required.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSalario: $25,000.00 al mesEducación:- Licenciatura terminada (Deseable)Experiência:- Oficina: 1 año (Deseable)Lugar de trabajo: remoto híbrido en 66267, Monterrey, N.
