We are dedicated to helping Higher Ed thrive by transforming their institutions to agile, digitally connected campuses that enable student success.Overview:**Where you will make an impact**- Provides high-quality customer Technical consultation and support to Ellucian's Banner products such as Ethos, Banner Extensibility, Ellucian Experience, Banner Self Service, etc.- Assists customers with extensions that satisfy the customer needs that does not come out of the box on Ellucian Products.- Drives Ellucian customers to innovative technology.- Assists clients in troubleshooting issues related to Banner modules within the Ellucian Banner product suite.- Mentors and trains less experienced consultants and review their work.- Help with the generation estimations.- Interacts with the customer and other consultants to translate business requirements into functional specifications for conversions, reporting, interfaces, and customizations.- Monitors, tracks, and reports project risks, issues, milestones, and work completed, as well as work that is underway. Provides leadership for the customer enabling them to stay on time and on task.- Evaluates and modifies systems, where appropriate, relative to the customer business practices.- Provides customer high-quality business process, change management and other appropriate documentation.- Works with the customer to test and confirm modifications and/or updates meet specifications.- Provides guidance in the development of user-training strategy, and when appropriate, delivers such training.- Other duties as assigned.**What you will bring**- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills- Bachelor's degree or the equivalent experience- Experience with systems with end-to-end system integrations, data feeds, and web service consumption.- Proven ability to troubleshoot issues and implement solutions.- Strong interpersonal communication skills and the ability to maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, vendors, and customers.- Experience with REST API consumption and development- Experience with HTML5, CSS, ES5, ES6 and JavaScript Libraries preferred ReactJS.- Knowledge of GraphQL and usage of insomnia API Client- Knowledge on any BPM tool, preferred Process Maker- Knowledge on AWS Lambda- Knowledge with Oracle database developer expertise including SQL, PL/SQL, database functions and procedures.- Knowledge with reporting tools including Argos, Cognos, Crystal Reports or similar products, preferable Argos.- Knowledge using Oracle SQL development environment such as TOAD or SQL Developer.- Knowledge of Pro*C
