We are looking for a versatile Fullstack Engineer with strong frontend and backend skills who is excited to develop and support features that enhance the scalability, functionality, and user experience of our products. In this role, you'll consider both functional and non-functional requirements and collaborate closely with other teams to drive our technological vision forward. The ideal candidate is not only passionate about building high-quality solutions but also eager to mentor fellow engineers and facilitate cross-team collaboration to accomplish shared objectives.Key Responsibilities Develop End-to-End Solutions: Design, build, and maintain high-quality software components across the stack, from frontend interfaces to backend services. Problem Analysis and Solution Design: Diagnose underlying issues and design scalable, efficient solutions that address technical challenges. Collaboration and Mentorship: Work closely with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into technical solutions and provide guidance to other software engineers. Quality Assurance: Write and maintain unit, integration, and end-to-end tests to ensure product quality, performance, and reliability. Documentation and Code Reviews: Ensure the delivery of clear, maintainable documentation, and perform code reviews to support team knowledge and code quality. Incident Management: Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues in a timely manner, and proactively monitor the systems to prevent incidents.
