**_JOB DESCRIPTION_**Key responsibilities- Drive the team to ensure on-time delivery, quality improvement KPIs- Communicate effectively to different stake holders on the project progress at different time lines (weekly/bi-weekly/monthly etc., )- Collaborate with customers, other managers, team leads to resolve any team blockers and bring up best practices, solutions- Responsible for hiring, managing attrition and talent retention for the team.- Responsible for building innovation culture in the team and drive team to bring up new solutions to improve the quality and efficiency**Requirements**:- 10 - 15 years of experience in QA Automation- At least 3-4 years of experience in leading/ managing a QA/Automation projects- Excellent customer management skills including identifying and addressing customer requirements/needs on priority- Good exposure to different testing methodologies & QA exposure and any standard test Automation framework (like Data driven, Cucumber, Hybrid)- Being Self-driven, Take accountability and ownership of problems to achieve team goals & ability to collaborate across different teams- Coordinate with team leads and cross teams to assess requirements and engage in measuring project KPIs, project reviews, status meetings, take proactive and corrective measures to minimise the deviation from plan- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- Excellent presentation skills.- Good to have Skills- Experience in CI/CD & DevOps- Experience in Agile process- Strong team management skills including building new teams, develop existing teams, hiring, handling attrition and retention of talent to suite the business requirements- Good experience in project management including planning, estimating, execution, monitoring and control of the projects with strong focus on on-time delivery, quality and customer satisfaction
