Job Description:Manage and follow up on authorized requirements from various company areas.Oversee purchase orders, track delivery status, and ensure timely order fulfillment.Develop strategic supply plans to align with business objectives.Negotiate prices, delivery terms, and payment conditions with suppliers.Identify alternative supply sources, new products, and materials to meet production goals.Maintain raw material transfers between plants.Ensure supplier registration compliance with internal policies.Issue purchase orders according to established procedures.Maintain adherence to procurement procedures, policies, and regulatory requirements.Provide users with information on purchase order status and market availability of requested items.Monitor placed orders for accuracy and timeliness.Evaluate the performance of key suppliers.Obtain necessary documentation for importing materials.Promote and uphold quality standards within the organization.Develop metrics to measure internal purchasing performance and external supplier performance.Coordinate regular supplier visits.Requirements:Ability to deliver solutions that meet customer expectations.Effective communication skills in various settings.Makes informed decisions using analysis, experience, and judgment.Key Qualifications:Intermediate level English proficiency.Completed degree or engineering background.Advanced Oracle skills.Leadership, teamwork, negotiation, and conflict resolution abilities.Mandatory: Technical knowledge of metalworking, contracts, and purchase agreements, as well as basic understanding of SAE and UL Standards and Regulations.Mandatory: Previous experience in a similar position.Desirable: Lean Manufacturing expertise.What We Offer:Competitive benefits package.#J-18808-Ljbffr
