As a **Global Dealer Learning **Sales & Leadership Instructor **, you have an opportunity to directly impact the success of our dealers by delivering exceptional sales and leadership instruction to sales reps and emerging leaders in Caterpillar dealerships across the globe. We are looking for a dynamic, talented, customer-focused facilitator who understands the challenges facing dealership personnel and who can deliver performance consulting and instruction that is relevant, memorable, and impactful.Sales/Leadership Instructors provide strategic direction and execution of Sales and Leadership Instructor-Led Training (ILT) offerings to enable dealer success. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic global team, assessing course content, 3rd party vendors and consulting on the continuous improvement of Global Dealer Learning Sales and Leadership course offerings.The primary focus of this role is ILT facilitation and the development of other sales and leadership training instructors. You will also work closely with process owners, dealer learning consultants, and external vendors to develop and implement Sales and Leadership ILT solutions. Organizational development activities include supporting and consulting cross-functional teams focused on global solutions related to instructor-led training facilitation, deployment of learning, learning impact and engagement, learning technology, and learning recognition.**Responsibilities Include but are not limited to**:- Delivers Sales and Leadership instruction with 70-100 days of virtual or face-to-face teaching per year.- Creates and delivers webinars and presentations to support Caterpillar business partners.- Designs and deploys instructor development process for both internal and external Sales/Leadership instructors aligned with Caterpillar's Instructor Accreditation Program.- Partners with internal teams to promote sales and leadership training offerings in support of Marketing & Sales Excellence programs.- Measures training effectiveness by gathering feedback on the quality of trainings from trainees, instructors, and managers to gauge the effectiveness of programs, including ROI benefits.- Solicits content feedback from the field and consults on content revisions and updates for the continuous improvement of Sales and Leadership learning offerings to sustain long-term course health.- Utilizes, monitors, and continuously improves products, processes, and services used for working with our customers.- Influences decision-makers with the support of supervisor and peers to maximize organizational effectiveness to achieve business results
