Big data and digital technologies are driving business transformation that is unlocking new capabilities and business innovations in areas like eCommerce, mobile experiences, and IoT. The key to winning in these areas is being able to leverage enterprise data foundations built on PepsiCo's global business scale to enable business insights, advanced analytics, and new product development.PepsiCo's Data Management and Operations (DMO) team is tasked with the responsibility of managing the end-to-end process for the creation and maintenance of master data across four main operational business domains: materials, customers, vendors, and finance. The DMO team also ensures high-quality master data across enterprise systems.This role requires a proactive contributor who has the energy and skills to solve organization process challenges, understand the functional domain of Global DMO and propose and implement solutions tailored to the business and the services team. This person will partner with the Global DMO Sector leads and Market DMO Champions, as well as PEX teams across the globe, in setting up capability/service management and governance strategy as well as driving process improvements. One of the main areas of focus in cross-capability space is performance management & reporting which will require this role's leadership to implement improvements across all Global DMO Services.Responsible for working within the global data team and with their local businesses to maintain alignment to the Data Management and Operations (DMO) processes, rules and standards set to ensure data is fit for purpose, with a particular focus on providing support to the PepsiCo Global transformation.**Your Impact
