The HR Shared Services Specialist-reports to the HR Technology and Shared Services Team Lead.Role PurposeProvide first line, Tier 1, HR support for employees, managers and HRBPs / HR Reps. for all workforce administration activities related to the end to end employee life-cycle processes and continuous improvement.Role AccountabilitiesTier 1 HR Service desk - efficient ServiceNow day-to day ticketing administration for global shared servicesHRIS (SuccessFactors) Data management/administration i.E., Employee Central, Recruitment Module, Onboarding Module, Performance & Rewards, Learning etc.HR Systems navigation support for self-service/T0 offeringsE-filing of employee documentsEnsure knowledge base contents are up to date i.E., DMS, Intranet, AskHR Portal etc.Support continuous assigned improvement projectsComplies at all times the Environment, Health and Safety and Manufacturing Quality standards, rules and regulationsPerforms other duties may be assignedKnowledge and ExperienceExperience in HR Services / Advisory, customer service, terms & conditions administration, HRIS (SuccessFactors preferred), ticketing system (ServiceNow preferred)Skills & QualificationsOpen to fresh graduateUniversity degree (Bachelor) in Human Resources, IT, Behavioral Science, Psychology or related field preferredPreferred experience working in an HR Shared Services setting, hr information systems and participation in continuous improvement projectsOpen to shifting scheduleEqual Employment Opportunity
