Demonstrates skills in guiding and/or facilitating.What a typical day looks like:- Define a standardized business process for Industrial Engineering in setting standards, performing operation resources analysis, and optimizing resources to support Flex business.- Define governance protocol to support Flex Future Factory through efficient factory IE's works and utilizing standardized tools and system.- Lead and facilitate a platform for the Industrial Engineering community to participate in joint activities, discussions, problem-solving opportunities, information sharing, and relationship building to enable collective learning.- Technical capabilities development source for Industrial Engineering by partnering with internal (CAP IE) and external providers.- Transformation.
