**ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES**
This role is part of the DBS Function.
The job holder is within the Global Marketing Team and reports to the RGM Capabilities Senior Manager. This position will support the development & implementation of BAT's Revenue Growth Management (RGM) data, analytics, and resourcing strategies and own the RGM governance and engagement cycle with senior leaders in Marketing, Finance, Growth Management and IT across all levels of the business - Global HQ, Region, Business Unit, & End-market.
Scope for the role is to drive increased competitiveness for BAT by efficiently building & activating sophisticated RGM and Sales resources, solutions, and tools which will, in turn, accelerate the profit delivery, category growth & organizational efficiency across our full portfolio of products & in all geographies. In addition, this role will maintain the pace and drumbeat of the Global RGM strategic leadership agenda.

**WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR**
- Support the design, development, & market-level implementation of RGM data insights capabilities.
- Regional advocate for RGM capability building & utilization.
- Regular cadence of communication to leadership team of project status & planning.
- Develop a rich understanding of key markets, consumer needs, segmentation, and key competitive activity.
- Sharp understanding of global & local commercial landscape and challenges (P&L, value, volume), leading into actionable business proposals.
- Contribute to the development of RGM GBS End-Market Managers to a high level of contribution.
- Build & implement centralized governance, support, and reporting protocols for RGM data & analytics.
- Maintain effective working relationships with Central DBS leadership, GBS leadership, Global RGM leadership and broader RGM community to facilitate enhanced support and shared ownership of functional strategy within their organizations.

**ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE**
- Confirmed strategic thinking, analysing critical factors and variables to influence long-term success and business growth
- Leadership ability and potential - ability to establish relationships and align cross-functional collaborators optimally globally through successful collaboration, partner management and influence, driving transformation and change through others across a matrix organization and among diverse cultures
- Possess outstanding initiative and strong decision-making ability
- Track record of effectively working and delivering results in a highly matrixed organization and across geographic structures
- Experience managing projects, governance, and change management within large organizations.
- Proficient English level written and verbal.
- Cross-functional experience across commercial functions - Brand Mktg, Trade Mktg, Finance, Analytics.
- Bachelor Degree qualification; MBA preferred
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, performance management, commercial planning, data science, analytics, technology implementation, marketing research/consumer insights or Revenue Growth Management
- Knowledge in Execution, Pricing, Promotion & Commercial Insights
- Validated experience in Data Collection, Analytics & Management
