Job Description Responsibilities: Execute deliverables in support of the supply chain organization's business objectives. Guide one of the key areas within the Global Supply Chain to ensure business objectives are met or exceeded in all areas including customer, quality, service, responsiveness, people, product, and financial initiatives. Communicate to all levels of the organization, within the function as well as other functions and suppliers. Support relationship management with logistic suppliers and service providers. Understand and assess complex supply chain issues and lead teams in a cross-functional environment to successfully resolve issues minimizing impacts to vehicle production. Assess supplier schedules and impact on vehicle assembly production. Collaborate cross-functionally to develop creative solutions. Summarize critical issues with resolutions and communicate to leadership. Handle very complex capacity constraint issues to resolution with the goal to eliminate potential plant disruptions, reduce movements, and improve supply methods. Be flexible and work extended and non-core hours to ensure issues are worked to resolution. Problem tackle complete issues and implement new and innovative strategies. Demonstrate a deep understanding of Supply Chain functions. Additional Job Description Work Appropriately: This position requires full-time, on-site work.

Activities: Supervise and lead a team for supply chain, manufacturing operations, and warehouse. Release execution and scheduling. Materials management. Develop new processes, standards, and lead analysis and problem solving in support of the organization's business strategies with a direct impact on the overall business. Required Qualifications: Experience in the area of Industrial Engineering. Supply chain experience. Warehouse experience. Familiarity with FIFO. Min-max process knowledge. Plan For Every Part experience. Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience.

Related Careers: Industrial Engineering, Business Management Engineering, or any related engineering.

Languages: Advanced English.
