Pay is commensurate with experience.**E-commerce Manager Responsibilities**- Manage Ecommerce Team- Thorough knowledge of search engine ranking factors and current SEO best practices.- Experience with SEO tools like Google Keyword Planner, Search Console, Moz, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, etc.- Create and maintain Ad Word Ads, Ability to recognize negative keywords and utilize them with campaigns- Test and implement different ads by creating unique headlines, optimize tag manager, and ad copy- Maximize search presence and rankings across all customers and AZ site.- Proficiency analyzing websites using BI Tools- Google Analytics, SAS, SPSS, Sisense, Tableau a plus.- Own the e-commerce network, including management of assortment, content strategy, analytics, reporting and marketing- Monitor and provide recommendations for optimizing Ecommerce Fundamental Goals (KPI-Share of Search, Availability, Content, Ratings & Reviews etc.), collaborate on forecasts, and work across multiple enterprise platforms to drive seamless execution and deliver results.- Own new item launches and corresponding marketing/merchandising initiatives, ensuring methodical plan & clear execution- Own Consumer Reviews tools, and coordination with Reputation Management- Oversee assortment pricing and monitoring, and coordinate with inventory management as needed- Ensure optimization of all internal initiatives on direct-to-consumer branded sites- Partner cross-functionally with digital marketing, copy, creative, brand marketing, inventory management, forecasting, sales, reputation management, and other teams to provide visibility, transparency and efficiency with project work**Ecommerce Manager Requirements**- Bachelor's or master's degree required- 5+ years of experience of web development or digital management- Previous supervisory experience required leading eCommerce design, strategy, and _managing a budget_- Strong Excel skills with experience using advanced formulas, pivot tables, and VLOOKUP's.- Experience with HTML and WordPress web development. (Shopify, Wix, & Squarespace)Pay: $26,689.00 - $104,705.00 per year**Experience**:- Keyword research: 1 year (preferred)
