Essential duties and responsibilities of this position include the following:Drive the prioritization, documentation and delivery of ideas for growth marketing initiative.Conceptualize and research growth marketing opportunities in support of the mission and vision for growth.Consistently challenge and seek to improve the customer experience through the use of marketing technology and engagement strategies.A growth mindset, collaboration, attendance, punctuality, and reliability are essential functions of this role.Help drive best practices within the Marketing Automation platform and surrounding marketing technology solutions.Onboard and adopt new engagement technologies to drive enrollment.Attendance, punctuality, reliability and onsite presence are essential functions of this role.Other duties, responsibilities or activities may be assigned at any time with or without notice Minimum Qualifications:5+ years in a performance marketing role4+ years in a growth marketing role4+ years of experience managing Marketing Technology solutions3+ years of marketing automation experience3+ years of CRM experience (Preferably Salesforce)Bachelor's Degree or equivalent of experience in lieu of degree acceptableAbility to understand and anticipate dependencies across complex systemsAbility to communicate complex ideas and processes to business stakeholdersMotivated learner eager to take on new systems and challengesProblem solver Preferred Qualifications:Development experienceDigital marketing experienceMarketing Cloud Administrator Certification3+ years in the B2C space#J-18808-Ljbffr
