Hardware Deployment Technician

Performing basic repairs- Mexico - Toluca, MX- Professionals- Full-time**—** Your Benefits **—****:- Buddy program- Extensive paid training- Internal career development- Job with purpose- Mentor program- Mobile working- Onboarding program- Unlimited employment contract**Your skills**:- Be familiar with operational system installation- 1-3 years in a desktop support\ Asset management role in a corporate environment desired- Excellent organizational and time management skills.- Experience with the core foundation of the ITIL Asset Management lifecycle a plus.- Good knowledge of Windows & Mac OS**Your Tasks**:- Performing installation / staging / imaging of devices (laptops and desktops).- Assisting with user asset deployment of hardware to sites across Canada, Mexico and USA- Quality inspection (visual) of incoming and outgoing shipments.- Timely update of asset management database.- Deployment metrics and issue reporting.- Perform basic repairs ( keyboard exchange, battery swap).**Be part of us**:Hemmersbach provides IT infrastructure services in more than 190 countries with 50 own subsidiaries.
