We are an excellent transnational company, a world-leading company in pure leasing and fleet management.Requirements8 years in Treasury and Finance.Minimum 3 years in a management position.Advanced English.Knowledge in Banking, financial instruments, cash flow management, analysis of the cash conversion cycle, IFRS 9, electronic banking, cash flow management, collection strategies, electronic billing, and treasury.Portfolio management of more than 500 clients.Intermediate-Advanced Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).Main ActivitiesAnalyze and implement collection strategies to recover customer portfolio.Establish collection objectives and follow up on clarifications of billed charges that key customers did not acknowledge or request clarification.Create, implement, and monitor KPIs for Treasury, Accounts Collect, and billing.Prepare cash flow for the correct administration of financial resources.Make and monitor provisions for estimating doubtful accounts, under the guidelines of the IFRS 9 standard.Monitor and ensure the execution of all payment obligations in a timely manner.Obtain the lowest cost funding sources to maximize profitability or as support to improve the rental price.Monitor and develop internal controls to make execution more efficient and robust of the activities carried out in Treasury, Billing, and Accounts Receivable.Schedule and execute the collection committee that contributes to decision-making.Ensure that accounting closings are carried out in a timely manner.Work schedule: Monday to Friday from 09:00-18:00 (Hybrid scheme)Work location: PolancoInclusivity StatementWe are an inclusive company, implementing and maintaining actions to guarantee a healthy work environment of respect and human quality, ensuring equality of opportunities and treatment for all individuals, regardless of any distinction.
