You build up and lead the operational, strategic factory material supply planning, in alignment with your counterpart from the Global Material Supply department. You work in an exciting international project and environment, in which you can contribute to the company success.Your Responsibilities- Leading the Material supply planning team at site- Execute Material supply planning for production requirements of Finished Goods, Pre- Production, Accessories, Spare Parts and Common Parts. Ensuring the material availability at production.- Creating material supply forecast and ensuring short/medium/long-term supplier capacities.- Execute Phase-in/phase-out management - coordinate activities with development, industrial engineering, production and suppliers- Optimize inventory/material coverage level according to production requirements and warehouse efficiency- Preparation of supply chain agreements and conducting negations with suppliers in alignment with the global material supply department- Implementation and standardization of material supply processes and tools in alignment with the global process department.- Ensure staffing, team building and continuous qualification and training of the team**Qualifications**:- Degree in Business Administration or similar.- 5+ years Job-Experience, preferably in Global Material Supply Chain environment- Leadership Experience and leadership skills, ability to communicate on all levels- Strong skills of operational material supply chain process expertise- High degree of decision-making competence; focused and structured working style essential- English business fluentAdditional InformationBosch is constantly expanding its international presence, since for us cultural diversity represents one of our greatest strengths
