If you are a self-starter with a strong technical and /or business background, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for delivering innovative products, we invite you to join our dynamic team.**Requirements**:- 8+ years of hands-on experience and success in Product Management roles, directly working with engineering teams to deliver digital solutions and coordinating projects across cross-functional and technical teams.- Strong technical and/or business background is a huge plus.- Excellent practical skills in Agile/Scrum techniques and artifact Product Management (e.G., Jira Experience, User Stories, Backlog Grooming, Feature Prioritization, Roadmapping, etc.).- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum techniques and artifacts (e.G., definition of done, ready, user stories, agile testing, backlog refinement).- A firm belief in servant leadership, guiding and supporting teams to achieve their best potential.- Strong problem-solving abilities and a growth mindset, always seeking and executing opportunities for improvement.**Responsibilities**:- Gain a deep understanding of our customers' pain-points and experiences, identifying product gaps and generating ideas to enhance our product roadmap, customer satisfaction and business growth.- Act as the voice of the customer, advocating for their needs and preferences in discussions with internal stakeholders to ensure we build the right products.- Ensure deliverables meet high-quality standards at the end of each sprint and align with the overall product roadmap.- Lead and manage cross-functional teams, including Product Designers, Software Engineers, QA, Growth, Marketing, and Customer Success Specialists, fostering collaboration and effective communication.- Manage project scope and timelines, coordinating grooming, planning, retrospective meetings, and daily stand-ups to keep the development process on track.- Coach team members in Program Management, Project Management, and Agile frameworks, promoting continuous improvement and development.- Facilitate internal and external communication to ensure effective collaboration with various offices, customers, and stakeholders.- Collaborate with business and product owners to handle backlogs and new feature requests, balancing priorities and resources effectively.- Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that hinder productivity and progress.- Guide development teams towards higher agile/scrum maturity, promoting servant leadership principles.
