**About the company**:**RoverPass **is a startup focusing on the campground and RV park industry.They provide campgrounds and RV parks with a **property management system **and **marketing services** to help drive them more business. We are a small team and require a hands-on and hungry approach.**The role**:We are looking for a high-performing **Sales Director **to work developing key growth sales strategies, tactics and action plans.This role will be responsible for managing all efforts by the company's entire sales team including both**:Account executives**, who are responsible for bringing in new business and upselling existing customers, as well as managing **inside sales reps **that perform a high volume of outbound calls to generate leads.The **Sales Director **will also strategically plan with the assistance of the marketing team and launching new products or services while ensuring customer satisfaction.**Main Requirements**:- Fully fluent/Native proficiency in **English language**:- Strong experience in **sales leadership roles.**:- Having experience with** B2B SaaS or Travel industry **business models and their associated sales processes.- Previous experience working with most of the following areas **will be highly desirabl**e**: Inside sales, global sales, Cold calling, commission plans, lead generation**It will be love at first sigh if you**:- Regularly come up with new ideas to generate leads and coordinate with our marketing to to execute campaigns- Have proven expertise at crafting commission plans that align the companies interest to the interest of the sales reps and vice versa.- Are used to occasionally handling business development deals with other companies in the space ( AAA, RVShare, Outdoorsy, etc.)- Have a personal interest in the camping industry, RV travel, and the outdoors- Are used to thrive in startup culture: dealing with a fast pace, changing needs, and limited resources.- Have global sales experience specifically selling into the United States, Australia, and the United Kingdom markets**What do we offer?**- **Flexible **Working Hours- 100% **remote** work- Competitive **USD salary**:- Paid Time Off / vacations- Local Holidays- Paid Maternity/Paternity Leave
