He will be leading a large team of around 100 and a topline of around $40 Million pa.Job Profile:Sales & Marketing:Heading country operations striving for larger market share and profitability at all times.Looking for expansion into new verticals and markets.Fine-tuning sales & marketing strategies as per market requirements.Analyzing sales trends & market behavior to provide valuable inputs for enhancing product sales.Providing direction for executing newer launches in sync with national characteristics.Identifying & networking with prospective KOLs.Team Management:Recruiting & training at various levels: Basic Training, Managerial Development Programs.Monitoring the performances of team members to ensure efficiency in sales operations and meeting individual & group targets.Conducting meetings for setting up sales objectives and designing processes to ensure smooth functioning of sales operations.Devising a robust incentive plan for performing team.SBU Operations:Leading and managing SBU operations.Establishing short-term and long-term goals, budgets, forecasts, and developing business plans for the achievement of these goals.Formulating and monitoring business plans for enhancing business growth.P&L management, inventory management, pricing, and monitoring sales and marketing activities.Brand Management/Product Promotion:Building brand focus in conjunction with operational requirements and ensuring maximum brand visibility, capturing optimum market shares.Conducting & organizing sales promotional activities as part of brand building and market development efforts.Devising and implementing CRM programs as well as customer meets.Finalizing brand strategies, tactics, and levers to ensure brand sales achievement.Desired Profile:Postgraduates with 15+ years of hardcore pharmaceutical experience, out of which at least 5+ years heading country operations.Must have East African experience.Should be conversant with local market dynamics.Top performer with a history of sales achievements in previous & current assignments.Pleasing personality besides excellent man management skills.Excellent command of oral and written English.Compensation:Gross salary of around $7000 - $10000 (Negotiable based on current emoluments of the candidate).Submit your resume to: ******#J-18808-Ljbffr
