This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing company where innovation is embraced, and every team member plays a critical role in our success.**What You'll Do**- Provide support and maintenance for users' PCs, tablets, software, and printers/scanners in the office and remotely.- Troubleshoot Software and Hardware for End Users- Set up, configure, and distribute IT equipment for new hires.- Manage PBX system and provision IP phones.- Configure firewalls, routers, and other networking equipment.- Ensure the security and confidentiality of IT systems and Company data.**What We're Looking For**- Proficiency in English (spoken and written) is required.- Minimum 2 years of experience in an IT-related field.- Strong technical and software knowledge, including PC setup and phone system management.- Ability to solve problems and think critically under pressure.- Strong time-management and multitasking skills.- A deep understanding of IT security and confidentiality best practices.- Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
