Responsibilities Ensure timely and accurate entry of employee data into the HR system. Manage and maintain employee records in the HR system. Respond to employee inquiries related to HR policies and processes. Assist with the administration of employee benefit programs. Coordinate training and development programs for employees. Collaborate with HR team members to resolve employee relations issues. Conduct exit interviews and maintain data on employee turnover. Requirements Bachelor's degree in human resources or relevant field. Minimum of 2 years' experience in HR shared services or a similar role. Strong knowledge of HR policies and processes. Experience working with HR systems and data management. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
