The Compensation Analyst is a developing professional role. Applies specialty area knowledge in monitoring, assessing, analyzing and/or evaluating processes and data. Identifies policy gaps and formulates policies. Interprets data and makes recommendations. Researches and interprets factual information. Identifies inconsistencies in data or results, defines business issues and formulates recommendations on policies, procedures or practices. Integrates established disciplinary knowledge within own specialty area with basic understanding of related industry practices. Good understanding of how the team interacts with others in accomplishing the objectives of the area. Develops working knowledge of industry practices and standards. Limited but direct impact on the business through the quality of the tasks/services provided. Impact of the job holder is restricted to own team.
**Responsibilities**:
- Provides HR guidance, advice, knowledge and expertise to HR Advisors and business managers on compensation, HRMS, reward and recognition related issues.
- Assists in managing annual compensation planning process for a business unit(s) including: salary increases, bonuses, stock awards and other compensation related expenses, will collaborate with other disciplines such as tax, legal, finance, and technology, and impacts compensation end results through project management and client relationships.
- Participates in coordination of annual compensation process for salary review, bonuses, and stock awards
- Conducts benchmarking, market, and internal compensation analysis.
- Performs targeted bonus and stock analysis
- Serves as a reference for salary recommendations
- Supports job evaluation process and ensure appropriate controls in place
- Manages or contributes toward compensation related projects as assigned

**Qualifications**:
- 0-2 years relevant experience working with large data sets, experience in Financial Services
- Demonstrated mathematical aptitude
- Prefer prior project management experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office with an emphasis on MS Excel
- Ability to meet deadlines while dealing with multiple priorities.
- Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
**Education**:
- Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience
Conocimientos:

**Responsabilidades**:
Administrar e implementar los planes de la compensación variable de los negocios de Weatlh Management, Insurance,
Pension funds (Sales & Service).
Trabaja con líderes comerciales y con una comunidad de usuarios ampliamente distribuida para definir e implementar
soluciones.
Crea planes de proyecto claros y específicos, y documentos de requisitos técnicos y comerciales para la ejecución del
producto.
Implementar y desarrollar los esquemas de compensación variable; Desarrollo para la recepción y validación del Input Data,
algoritmos y código VBA de las reglas y lógica del cálculo de la compensación variable.
Reportes con Output Data para los negocios, estados de cuenta individuales, envío masivo de estados de cuenta, creación de
manuales (usuario, operativo, técnico) de los desarrollos.
Identificar áreas de oportunidad en los procesos existentes para la mejora continua (Implementación de controles y eficiencia
en los procesos).
Desarrolla propuestas personalizadas para clientes nuevos y preexistentes, en respuesta a solicitudes de propuesta,
solicitudes de información.
