**Position Summary**:

The HR People Operations team is looking for a highly engaged, HR Coordinator to provide administrative support to the team.
This role will interface with multiple internal/external contacts requiring considerable discretion, initiative, and adaptability.
This role will support the needs in Latin America, US, and Canada.
**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Provide general, administrative support to the People Operations team, including verbal and written verifications of employment (internal and external requests), process daily employee data transactions requested by Managers and HR Business Partners in the HRIS system (Workday), help monitor the team's inbox and ticketing system (ServiceNow), and respond to general inquiries from employees across the region through ServiceNow.
- Closely follow processes that support employee lifecycle activities like new joiners and leavers.
- Support the People Ops Partners with a variety of administrative onboarding activities for new employees at F5 including collecting and reviewing paperwork, creating personnel files, answering broad questions, and assisting with US I-9 forms (as needed).
- Assist with HR reporting (e.g., government, exec asks), audit requests, expense reports, and purchase orders.
- Collaborate across teams to complete special requests such as assisting with projects.
- Manage non-routine correspondence and assemble highly confidential and sensitive information.
- Perform specialized and complex administrative duties that vary in methods, procedures, and standards.
- Responsible for upholding F5's Business Code of Ethics and for promptly reporting violations of the Code or other company policies.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
**Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities**
- Advanced skills in Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, MS Teams, and SharePoint; Workday and ServiceNow experience a plus.
- Desire to be proactive and create a positive experience for others.
- Must be highly organized, meticulous, prompt, flexible, resourceful, and dependable.
- Must have initiative and be able to exercise independent judgement.
- Ability to complete tasks, as coached.
**How do you qualify?
**
- 1-2 years of experience in the HR administrative field; preferably in a fast-paced, global company
- Must be proficient in writing and speaking Spanish and English, Portuguese a plus.
- HRIS and case management platform experience a plus; Workday and ServiceNow preferred

**Physical Demands and Work Environment**
- Duties are performed in a normal office environment while sitting at a desk or computer table.
- Duties require the ability to utilize a computer, communicate over the telephone, and read printed material.
- Duties may require being on call periodically and working outside normal working hours (evenings and weekends).
