Scalepex is growing and looking to bring on an HR Coordinator Internship. In the HR Coordinator internship role, you will work under the supervision of the senior HR officer. You will input updates on the department's internal HR database and help with employee data. You will also assist in the overall onboarding of new employees. Success in this role will be demonstrated by delivering high-quality and timely HR assistance under mínimal supervision, helping the HR department meet daily objectives.
**HR Intern Job Responsibilities and Duties**
- File and complete employee documents.
- Have the employees' information database up to date.
- Handles the onboarding process of new employees, gathering documents, sending information for their registration in IMSS, and registering them in the assistance system.
- Sending the information regarding absences, medical leaves, etc. for the payroll file.
- Participates and assists in company social and networking events.
- Assistance in daily HR duties of the Director of HR.
- Special ad hoc projects.
**HR Intern Job Requirements**
- Enrolled in a university or college program at junior or senior level, preferred course of study to include Psychology, Human Resources, Communications, or related.
- Knowledge of Mexico's Labor Laws is preferred.
- Proficient in MS Office
- Able to demonstrate professional work ethic
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Good interpersonal and organizational skills
**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: $6,000.00 - $8,000.00 per month
