This position is accountable for the business processes and oversight of the maintenance of employee records and overall data integrity as it relates to the timely and accurate exchange of data between HR solutions and services. o Communicates the solution/service strategy and guidelines to the NAM HR Services team. o Performs regional system administration activities and transactions required by Level 2 support. o Performs Level 2 case resolution for production issues providing root cause analysis, problem resolution (containment) and future problem preventative actions (long term migration). Ensure evaluation and turnaround time complies with our SLAs o Ensures the management of case escalations to Level 3 is properly accounted for and resolutions are communicated. o Management and oversight of the delivery of regional analytics and reporting needs within HR and the service delivery suite of solutions and services. o Provides training and consultation with Level 1 support and other specific HR user groups for issue resolution and best practice adoption in maintaining and managing employee data and application functionally o Maintains all processes and procedures in support of the HRIS applications. o Performs data and reporting audits to ensure integrity of employee data is maintained and provides resolution to issues found during the review. o Provides timely and accurate submission of HR Services administrative and financial information Qualifications 3 - 5 years of experience Knowledgeable with ATS functionality (Taleo, ICIMS, OTM) Knowledgeable with HRIS platform(s) (Talentlink/Oracle, Sailpoint) Knowledgeable with Service Now (SNOW) Microsoft Office Suite Experience (PPT, EXCEL, TEAMS, WORD etc) Customer service oriented Williing to make the difference Willing to make a career in Human Resources Excellent communication skills Pluses but not necessary to have: Regional Compliance Knowledge for EEO DATA Collection: Gender, Disability, Veteran and Ethnicity Schedule: Full-time Req: XWK
