Provide feedback and mentor managers.Guides Diversity, Equality, and Inclusion activities with heads and employees, creating a safe environment that supports diversity.Participates as an agile member on site and corporate projects, teams, and process improvement.Support Flex Culture and our Ways of Working and Business Expertise. Provide managers with guidance on change management regarding culture.Serves as a consultant to hiring managers on current trends in human resources management, labor laws, HR policies, etc. to achieve appropriate outcomes.Manage the employee life cycle activities with managers and employees, including onboarding, new employee orientation, annual reflection, merit, separation process and exits, etc.Develops local recruitment programs and budgets. Develops and maintains a network of contacts and coordinates participation in job fairs, schools, and organizations regarding the organization and opportunities.Counsel management on policy interpretation and legal awareness.
