General Responsibilities- Supports employees on issues, including but not limited to; benefits, payroll, and general policy and procedures- Organize and update organization charts, employee files, employee information and locate/distribute any documents as needed- Key participant in developing department goals, objectives and systems- Knowledgeable in employment, state, federal and local regulationsExperience / Qualifications- A university degree required (i.E.
