Eaton's ES AMER PCS division is currently seeking a HR Generalist Training - Temporary.
**What you'll do**:
This position is based at our Juarez facility.The HR Generalist is responsible for providing Human Resources services to employees, hiring staffing processes for hourly and salary employees, engagement activities for the year, develop our internal talent, as well as provide support to any other function in HR that is needed for the business.

- ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Responsible for overseeing all recruitment, hiring needs for every department and ensuring the appropriate follow up is done.
- Responsible for maintaining all personnel files containing information and documents required for their hiring.
- Responsible for keeping the records of all staffing updates and provide current trend analysis to the HRM.
- Report out on HR metrics scorecards on a monthly basis.
- Manage all engagement events, I & D pillars for the year.
- Attend and advise the operational or administrative staff in doubts pertinent to the HR department.
- Support the Human Resources area in general, service and motivational aspects.
- Project management and compliance with defined dates.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives with the department
- Comply with the requirements of the company's Quality system.
- Comply with the Health, Safety and Environment requirements of the company
LI-AR7**Qualifications**:
- Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor in business administration/psychology/human resources or related affinity career.
- Minimum 2 years working experience in Human Resources
- Knowledge of TRESS Systems of Human Resources.
- Basic knowledge of LFT.
- Knowledge in Excel and data analytics
- Ease of handling various activities simultaneously with certain response times.
- Schedule availability
