We are currently expanding and looking to add a motivated individual to our team based on Parque Industrial Queretaro. Responsibilities Administrative Support: Provide day-to-day administrative support to the HR team, including managing employee documentation, preparing reports, and maintaining HR-related records. Attendance Monitoring: Assist with tracking and recording employee attendance, including drivers, ensuring compliance with company policies and labor regulations. File Management: Organize and maintain physical employee files, ensuring all records are accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with legal requirements. Onboarding Support: Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing welcome materials and supporting the HR team with orientation activities. Communication with Drivers: Liaise with drivers regarding their attendance, documentation, and any HR-related concerns, ensuring clear communication and timely follow-up. Employee Records Maintenance: Update and ensure the accuracy of HR systems by entering new employee data and making necessary adjustments to existing records. Support HR Projects: Participate in various HR initiatives, such as employee engagement programs or training sessions, as needed. Other Duties: Assist with other HR-related tasks and projects as required by the HR Manager. Fluent english is a must Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and file management. Good communication skills, both written and verbal, in Spanish (knowledge of English is a plus). Basic knowledge of HR processes, labor laws, and office software (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Word). Proactive, responsible, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
