The Role Develop and maintain HR systems, processes, and data related to technology initiatives. Evaluate, analyze, and recommend new technology systems and tools to support HR operations. Manage the implementation and ongoing maintenance of HR technology systems and tools. Monitor and troubleshoot technology issues and identify solutions. Prepare and present reports related to technology initiatives. Identify and develop opportunities to improve the efficiency of technology-related HR processes. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure technology investments are meeting business objectives. Create and maintain documentation related to technology systems and processes. Develop training materials and lead training sessions on HR technology systems and tools. Research and stay abreast of industry trends, new technologies, and best practices. Must have foundational knowledge on various HCM functional modules to understand the business requirements and be able to design & build technical solutions around it. Should have understanding of best practices to implement and deliver techno-functional solutions. The Requirements Will play a high visibility role in implementing successful technical enhancements for HCM Cloud suite. 3+ years of Implementation / Support experience in implementing Oracle HCM Applications. Experience in collaborating and being a part of functional team to deliver features. Should have good understanding of the Product and Business processes related to Oracle HCM Cloud Applications. Is required to play a hands-on role to resolve issues in implementation projects, build POCs based on the requirements, work on enhancing and building new tools for HRIT. Must have functional knowledge of HCM Cloud modules to understand business requirements and design & build functional and technical solutions. Decent configuration skills for various HCM objects - LE, Organization Structure, Fast Formula, element design, payroll process flows, and calculation cards. Should have experience in resolving performance issues in the data migration (HDL/HSDL). Assisting with technical backlog delivery of Upgrades, Implementations, and Re-implementations of HCM SaaS.
