Throughout this program, there are many opportunities to gain insight and exposure to our business that will last a lifetime.**Ford Champs **will allow to get to now different business areas through 12 to 24 months, while you improve your skills and become a better professional.As a **HR Labor Affairs Ford Champ **you will learn about the factors that may impact the Ford of Mexico's wage and contract negotiation cycle for Hourly Personnel in the four manufacturing sites in Ford of Mexico**What you´ll need**:- Active student from any of the last 4 semesters (Psychology, Business Administration)- 90% English skills (Oral, reading, writing, and listening)- Strong analytical and communication skills- Solid senses of accountability and proactiveness- Positive attitude and result-oriented resourcefulness**What you´ll do**:- Update metrics and demographics of hourly personnel: maintain updated hourly personnel metrics for all locations.- Update economics metrics- Investigate labor news in Mexico and around the world to get a broad overview of labor issues.- Support to the Staff Labor Relations team in different administrative activities (preparation of presentations, legal documentation organization, follow up of requests for quotations of branded products, etc.)- Support in improvement projects for plant metrics.- Support in different needs focused on automotive industry analysis.- Execute various activities to organize national meetings and negotiations.
