Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the organization's goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure the effective delivery of HR services across the organization.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the HR team to ensure effective delivery of HR services within the plant.
- Responsible to solve labor relations, employee relations, maintaining communication with legal department.
- Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations in Mexico and experience working with an independent Union
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations governing HR practices, especially in a union environment.
- Continuous improvement in processes, increasing efficiency of team member activities.
- Facilitate Succession Planning with Managers
- Ensure new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward organizational objectives.
- Foster employee engagement
- Advise managers on organizational policy matters such as equal employment opportunity and sexual harassment and recommend needed changes.
- Improve turnover.
- Responsible for policies and Human Resources processes development aligned to HR Corporate
- Monitor and analyze turnover trends and develop and implement solutions to improve turnover rates and employee retention.
- Follow -up on exit interviews to gain insights into employee turnover and develop effective strategies to address them.
- Negotiate bargaining agreements and help interpret labor contracts.
- Prepare and follow budgets for personnel operations.
- Study legislation, arbitration decisions, and collective bargaining contracts to assess industry trends.
- Contract with vendors to provide employee services, such as food service, transportation, or relocation service.

Minimum
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Relations or Business Administration.

- At minimum of seven (7) years of experience in manufacturing environment preferred.
- General knowledge of the principles and practices of personnel administration
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Well versed in supervisory skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- MS office proficiency (MS Word, Excel, Power Point)
- Labor Law knowledge
