**Job Description**:
Roles and ResponsibilitiesBroadening knowledge of theories, practices and procedures in own discipline to execunctional policy/strategy; still developinctional knowledge and skills.
Basic understanding of key business drivers; uses this understanding to accomplish own work.
Good understanding of how work of own team integrates with other teams and contributes to the area.
May have some autonomy to make decisions within a definamework.
Resolves issues in situations that require good knowledge and judgment within established procedures.
Consults more senior team member issues outside of defined policy/parameters.

Explains technical information to others.
Ensure that all employee relations issues are properly identified, reported, investigated and resolved
Act as the point of contar Employee & Union Relations, active participation in Collective Bargain Agreement negotiation.
Involvement and participation in global Organizational and Talent Development Initiatives and Projects
Lead key HR processes including, talent acquisition, onboarding, employee development, etc.
Required Qualifications

This role requires Importante empresa in the Resources & Employee Resource Management.
Bachelor's degrom an accredited university or college ( or a high school diploma with relevant Importante empresa).
Relevant Importante empresa in Union relations
Fluency in Spanish and English
Desired Characteristics

Strong oral and written communication skills.
Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.
