We are seeking an HR Manager for our plant to lead and implement key HR strategies and processes, with a focus on labor relations, compensation, recruitment and selection—including blue-collar workforce—organizational development, performance evaluation, and Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS). This role requires a hands-on approach, effective leadership, and strong skills for working in a dynamic and challenging environment.
Manage and coordinate the labor relations process, ensuring a positive work environment and compliance with current regulations.Develop and execute compensation and benefits strategies to ensure market competitiveness and employee satisfaction.Lead the recruitment and selection of blue-collar personnel, ensuring the attraction of qualified talent that meets the plant's needs.Implement organizational and career development programs to foster the growth and training of our employees.Manage and coordinate performance evaluation processes, aligning employee goals with the plant's objectives.Ensure compliance with and supervision of the plant's Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) programs.Collaborate with various departments to support HR initiatives that contribute to the growth and success of the plant. Requirements:10 years of managerial experience in Human Resources, preferably within plant or manufacturing environments.Advanced English proficiency, both spoken and written.Strong hands-on capability and adaptability to meet the plant's needs.In-depth knowledge of labor relations, compensation, recruitment and selection of blue-collar personnel, organizational development, performance evaluation, and EHS.Excellent communication, leadership, and teamwork skills.
