Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee the full recruitment and onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
- Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and ensure a positive workplace environment.
- Lead performance management initiatives, including employee evaluations and development plans.
- Develop and maintain HR policies, procedures, and programs that align with company objectives and comply with Mexican labor laws.
- Administer employee benefits, including medical, dental, and other company-provided benefits.
- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements, including labor contracts and employment standards.
- Manage employee disciplinary actions and ensure fairness and consistency in policy enforcement.
- Conduct training and development programs to build staff competencies and drive productivity.
- Partner with management to understand business needs and provide HR support to meet those needs.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Drive initiatives that promote diversity, inclusion, and employee engagement.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of HR management experience, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- In-depth knowledge of Mexican labor laws, employment regulations, and compliance standards.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees and management.
- Proven ability to manage employee relations and resolve conflicts effectively.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay: $10,333.58 - $27,269.34 per month
