.**Job Summary**:The HR Manager I will partner with the Business Leaders to drive FieldCore's people strategy across staff and field employees who are aligned to the region and/or function. This individual is a key member of the operations team. Will provide world class Human Resource services and partner with other functions to recruit, hire, onboard, manage, retain and develop employees. Will deliver on a challenging agenda with key areas of focus to include timely resolution of employee relations matters, the implementation of company policies and procedures, talent development, coaching, performance, and compensation management.**Essential Duties & Responsibilities**:- Deliver high quality support to the business and ensure that organizational and HR goals and objectives are met- Ensure company is compliant with applicable federal and local employment regulations- Build and maintain a solid business partner relationship with assigned team, serve as trusted advisor- Partner with COE's such as learning and development, recruitment, corporate benefits, HR Operations, Payroll, Occupational Medicine and compliance teams among others to train, administer and implement programs in local area or region- Act as culture shaper, ensure FieldCore leadership behaviors are at the forefront of all we do- Coordinate Performance Management, Salary Planning, Salary Increases and Talent Review processes with business managers- Lead and/or participate in HR projects to include communicating and coordinating requirements, expediting fulfillment, evaluating milestone accomplishments, evaluating optional courses of action, changing assumptions and direction, implementing results, and leading change management- Ensure consistency in approach to disciplinary issues within region- Deliver on employee communication and engagement strategy- May be assigned other duties to help proactively drive our FieldCore vision and align with our organization's core values.- Investigate and resolve Employee Relations matters and Integrity concerns.- Work with FC counsel(s) to represent the organization in legal matters as applicable- Travel may be required**Required Qualifications & Experience**:- Bachelor's Degree in HR or related field is required- 7+ years of experience in HR roles with increasing responsibility in areas such as Employee Relations, Talent Management, Performance Management, HR Business Partner, Compensation- 2+ years managing complex employee relations issues/HR investigations
