Job DescriptionThe HR Partner is responsible for direct associate's processes, from technical training to the category system (for salary increases). The role will support team members that are in Queretaro but will also coordinate and support shared regional initiatives regarding the technical training topics and continues improvement.
Drive and own the validation of training and certification process (e.g. architecture of curricula, administration). The quality of this work should have a direct impact on operational key performance indicators as well as strategic initiatives (e.g. equipment efficiency, internal defect cost, productivity).
Work as a key partner to operations to understand the organization of work flows, standard work, ergonomics and improvement potentials.
QualificationsBachelors in engineering, Data Analytics, Finance, Human Resource, or related business field.
3-5 years working in related HR Topics,industrial and/or continuous improvement areas as well as training/qualification programs.
