The Human Resources Recruiter sources, interviews, and ultimately brings diverse talent onto the Stryker team, building relationships with hiring managers, coordinates information sessions/interview training.
Recruiting: - Will develop a collaborating relationship with hiring managers to meet their staffing needs.
- Will develop sourcing plans to fill open positions (Direct Labor).
- May work with recruitment agencies and other third-party organizations.
- May plan, evaluate, research and/or recommend systemic and/or process improvements for the Recruiting function.
Compliance: - Will coordinate and administer the recruiting process in accordance with Stryker policies to ensure regulatory compliance.
Training: - May conduct interviewing training and techniques.
Human Resources: - May assist in the compilation and/or preparation of confidential reports, statistics, graphs and/or files for the Human Resource function.
- May coordinate the activities of 1 or more non-exempt employee.
- May participate in new hire orientation.
