We have 20 years of experience in technical recruitment, consulting, training, turnkey projects for the energy industry.**About this Job**:We are looking for a mid-senior level HSE Analyst to help a well-known international company to support and advise HSE and Project team on the definition and implementation of an integrated HSE Risk-based Management System for the Mexico Exploration and Appraisal project. Assist in the follow-up of the performance of the operations, based on the targets and objectives set for the project.**Location**:Mexico City (Remote work when required, due to COVID-19 pandemic restrictions.**In this role you will**:- Assist Country and Project Managers in all HSE-related tasks.- Participate and QAQC all necessary tasks to meet HSE Regulatory requirements.- Define, develop & implement HSE procedures and deliverables for the projects.- Coordinate and facilitate Risk Assessment Workshops.- Defining HSE requirements and evaluating bidders.- Develop and coordinate bridging documents with contractors on HSE issues.- Prepare and implement emergency response plans.- Prepare HSE documentation for technical reviews.- Supervise rig site HSE reports.- Keep incidents, non-conformances, Management of Change, Drills, and reports timely uploaded in Synergi and updated as per applicable procedures. Follow-up on the closing of actions proposed in Synergi cases. Keep the Contractor HSE Management platform up to date and ensure that evaluations of contractor's HSE performance evaluations are timely uploaded into the system.**Required Qualifications**:- Min 5 years relevant experience as HSE Analyst in Drilling Projects.- Knowledge and understanding of the local and international regulations (NEBOSH, OSHA, API, ISO, NFPA´s).- Knowledge and understanding of HSE related best practices in the O&G industry (e.G. IOGP, IPIECA).- Degree in Science or Engineering.- Proficiency in English and Spanish.- Computer user skills for HSE management tool (e.G. Bowtie XP, Synergy).- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, MSProject, Sharepoint, and Outlook).**Desired Qualifications**:- Offshore, Operator and Country experience (Highly desired).- QHSE Specialization.- HSE related training and qualifications/certifications: incident management and investigation methods, risk assessment, emergency management (e.G. ICS, IMO).- HSE Management Systems.- Environmental Management.**Salary**: $2,000.00 per day
