We are currently seeking an experienced and strategic Human Resources Business Partner to join our team.
As an HR Business Partner at ALTEN Mexico, you will work closely with management and employees to provide HR support, align HR strategies with business objectives, and foster a positive work environment.
Your responsibilities will include: Collaborating with leadership to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals Providing guidance on employee relations matters, performance management, and organizational development Supporting talent acquisition efforts and workforce planning Conducting training sessions and workshops for management and staff Monitoring and reporting on HR metrics to align with business objectives Advising on compensation and benefits strategies Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations Managing employee engagement initiatives and cultural transformation efforts Acting as a liaison between employees and management Requirements To be considered for this role, you should meet the following requirements: •Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field •5+ years of experience in Human Resources, with significant experience in a business partner role •Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills •Proven ability to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders •Strategic mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills •Ability to handle sensitive situations with empathy and professionalism •Fluency in English is highly preferred •Experience in the engineering or technology sector is a plus Benefits • Benefits higher than those required by law • Professional growth and development (Both in Mexico, US, Canada and Europe) • Indeterminate Contract • Hybrid scheme
