This role is in Linares, Nuevo León.A Taste of What You'll Be DoingLabor Relations Management: Manage labor relations for a plant of 550 employees, including employee grievances, discipline, and complaints, ensuring compliance with labor strategy and laws.Human Resources Processes Lead: Handle terminations, settlement payments, and payroll updates while overseeing labor agreements and employee handbooks.Internal and External Customer Service: Act as the main point of contact for external legal entities, universities, and student programs, ensuring smooth collaboration.Lead Employee Services Processes: Lead onboarding, internal communications, and benefit programs for hourly employees, such as profit-sharing and school supplies packages.Plant Manager Assistant: Serve as second-in-command to the HR Plant Manager, taking on leadership in their absence and providing support across HR activities.We're Looking for Someone WithBachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.3-4 years of HR experience in Payroll, Labor Relations, or as an HR Generalist.3-4 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.Leadership, organizational, and communication skills.Advanced proficiency in Excel and English.Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, with tolerance for ambiguity and frustration.What's NextAfter you apply, your application will be reviewed by a real recruiter, so it may take us a few weeks to get back with you by email or phone.
