The team works hard to create lifelong customer relationships, supplying comprehensive product & service solutions for the Oil & Gas industry and setting the standard for excellence in the segment.We are currently looking for a Human Resources Generalist in Villahermosa, Tabasco Mexico. This position will collaborate and provide direction and support to business units in the areas of staffing, employee development, employee counseling, training and performance management.**What You Will Do**- Serve as the on-site contact for our Villahermosa facility, as well as other Service Centers in Colombia, for the human resources function, including handling employee relations issues, investigations, and exit interviewing- Provide excellent service experience when executing employee-facing processes- Develop expertise across HR operational process areas, support the identification, assessment, and implementation of continuous improvement opportunities- Making recommendations to management on issues concerning employees, recruiting, turnover or training.- Administering compensation programs; monitoring performance evaluation programs and revising as necessary.**Degree Requirement**Bachelor's degree is required for this position.**What you Have****Knowledge of Organization**:- Knowledge of the organization's vision, structure, culture, philosophy, operating principles, values, and code of ethics.- Ability to understand the value of aligning capabilities with business goals to support optimal performance.**Decision Making and Critical Thinking**:- Knowledge of the decision-making process and associated tools and techniques.- Ability to accurately analyze situations and reach productive decisions based on informed judgment.**Effective Communications**:- Understanding of effective communication concepts, tools and techniques.- Very good human relations and effective communications skills and ability to maintain confidentiality is essential.- Advanced English level is required.**Interpersonal Relationships**:- Knowledge of the techniques and the ability to work with a variety of individuals and groups in a constructive and collaborative manner
