**Job Summary**
SPM Oil and Gas provides superior products and service solutions to Oil & Gas customers in upstream, production, transportation, refining and related industries. The team works hard to create lifelong customer relationships, supplying comprehensive product & service solutions for the Oil & Gas industry and setting the standard for excellence in the segment.
We are currently looking for a Human Resources Generalist in Villahermosa, Tabasco Mexico. This position will collaborate and provide direction and support to business units in the areas of staffing, employee development, employee counseling, training and performance management.
**What You Will Do**
- Serve as the on-site contact for our Villahermosa facility, as well as other Service Centers in Colombia, for the human resources function, including handling employee relations issues, investigations, and exit interviewing
- Provide excellent service experience when executing employee-facing processes
- Develop expertise across HR operational process areas, support the identification, assessment, and implementation of continuous improvement opportunities
- Making recommendations to management on issues concerning employees, recruiting, turnover or training.
- Administering compensation programs; monitoring performance evaluation programs and revising as necessary.
**Degree Requirement**
Bachelor's degree is required for this position.

**HR**:
- Policies, Standards and Procedures: Knowledge of human resource function
- Ability to uphold the organization's and industry's standards, procedures and policies regarding human resources management.
- Intermediate experience in human resources, good knowledge of various areas of human resource including benefits, employment, pay-related practices/process, compensation and company policies and procedures.
- Experience with Workday
- Experience with Oil & Gas services
**Additional Information**
- This position is located Villahermosa, Tabasco Mexico
- Domestic relocation is available for this position
- Ability to travel up to 10% of the time, international and domestic.
