**Description**Our Molex division is seeking an** HR Generalist** for the Guadalajara Sur, Mexico Location.**Molex LLC is a manufacturer of electronic, electrical, and fiber optic connectivity systems. Molex offers over 100,000 products across a variety of industries, including data communications, medical, industrial, automotive and consumer electronics.****What You Will Do In Your Role**:- Plan, coordinate and execute strategies to attract the right talent based on the operation needs- coordinate hiring events- Mainly focus on direct labor and materials positions recruitment- Coordinate training programs for the plant- Support the on boarding program for new employees- Support HR daily activities**The Experience You Will Bring**:**Requirements**:- Bachelor's degree - Human resources / Administration / Psychologist- English intermediate level- Recruiting & Training Experience- Knowledge hiring direct labor and warehouse positions- Advance office systems- Knowledge of current legislations as code of conduct, ethics, RBA, OSHAS 18000, ISO 14001, etc.- Sense of urgency, entrepreneurship, leadership & continuous improvementLI-AM4
